HIRING Project Manager with Monday.com Expertise

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in utilizing Monday.com to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of our e-commerce projects while leveraging the capabilities of Monday.com. Your exceptional organizational skills, deep understanding of project management methodologies, and proficiency in Monday.com will be instrumental in ensuring efficient project delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
    • Utilize Monday.com to create and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring accurate tracking of project progress.
    • Allocate resources effectively, monitor task assignments, and drive timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
    • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

  2. Team Collaboration and Communication:

    • Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of project goals, roles, and responsibilities.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, provide clear updates on project status, and address any challenges or roadblocks that may arise.
    • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

  3. Monday.com Expertise:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Monday.com to its fullest potential, including creating custom workflows, automations, and integrations.
    • Design and configure project boards and dashboards in Monday.com, ensuring they reflect project timelines, task dependencies, and progress.
    • Train team members on using Monday.com effectively, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of Monday.com, proactively exploring opportunities to optimize project management processes.

  4. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

    • Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation, deliverables, and milestones to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
    • Identify and manage project risks, creating contingency plans and escalating issues when necessary to minimize project disruptions.
    • Continuously evaluate project performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in utilizing Monday.com for project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in all project-related activities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
