HIRING Onboarding Manager

At Forfos, we are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the client onboarding process for our thriving e-commerce operations. As the Onboarding Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our valued clients. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects will be key in driving customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Onboarding Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive client onboarding strategy, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients from sales to operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align strategies and enhance the overall onboarding process.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions to streamline client onboarding.
  2. Account Setup and Configuration:

    • Lead the setup and configuration of new client accounts within our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and timely data migration.
    • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information, such as product catalogs, pricing structures, and inventory data, and ensure its integration into the platform.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients during the configuration process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  3. Training and Documentation:

    • Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to facilitate client onboarding and enable self-service functionality.
    • Conduct training sessions, both virtually and in-person if required, to educate clients on our e-commerce platform's features and functionality.
    • Continuously update training materials and documentation based on feedback and system enhancements.
  4. Project Management:

    • Manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring successful project completion.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring client expectations are met.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively communicate with clients to address any issues or delays.
  5. Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention, collaborating with the account management team to implement effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes, including account setup, data migration, and system configuration.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of client onboarding.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software to track progress and manage workflows.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
