The Job Overview

Our client acquisitions specialists are responsible for submitting proposals for our sales team.

Client acquisitions specialists will be responsible for identifying potential clients, submitting a proposal on different platforms, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person, or online. If you enjoy writing and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.


Below are some of the responsibilities a client acquisitions specialist is expected to assume:  

  • Identify acceptable job posts and clients in accordance to company set criteria
  • Submit compelling proposals to prospective clients
  • Answer any follow up questions that a prospective client might have 
  • Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
  • Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
  • Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job
  • Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
  • Properly explain the services we provide to prospective customers when submitting proposals
  • Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
  • Complete required proposals at the end of each day
  • Brainstorm with the CAS team for better execution of the job


    Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

    Below are the qualifications and skills that are expected of a client acquisitions specialist:

    • Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred
    • Exhibit excellent communication skills
    • Must be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to multitask 
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to work at least 8 hours each day, 5 days per week
    • A positive attitude  
    • A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
    • Experience and willingness, working in a team environment
