Role Overview
As an E-commerce Operations Specialist at Forfos, you will be the backbone of our client delivery — managing day-to-day order processing, inventory oversight, and operational workflows for a portfolio of fast-growing e-commerce brands. You'll work closely with brand managers and platform specialists to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfilment workflows across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment communications with suppliers and clients
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Track daily KPIs and produce operational performance reports for client review
- Coordinate returns, refunds, and dispute resolution processes
- Liaise with 3PL partners and freight forwarders on shipment tracking and issue resolution
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or improvement solutions
- Support onboarding of new clients by documenting their existing workflows
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfilment, or supply chain roles
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify admin
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with inventory management tools (Linnworks, Cin7, SkuVault)
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Gorgias for support ticketing
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA processes and seller policies
