Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Amazon Account Manager to own full-service management of client Amazon seller accounts. You'll be responsible for growing revenue, improving rankings, managing advertising, and keeping accounts healthy — all while being a trusted strategic partner to the brands you serve.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central for a portfolio of 4–6 client accounts
  • Monitor and improve key account health metrics (IPI, ODR, late shipment rate)
  • Develop and execute PPC advertising strategies (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Analyse search term and ASIN-level data to optimise bids, budgets, and targeting
  • Oversee listing quality — titles, bullets, A+ Content, backend search terms
  • Lead product launch campaigns including Vine enrolment and rank acceleration
  • Present monthly performance reports and growth recommendations to clients
  • Monitor competitor activity and category trends to keep clients ahead

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central management experience
  • Demonstrated experience running and optimising Amazon PPC campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data interpretation and trend spotting
  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of growing Amazon revenue across multiple accounts
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's algorithm, policies, and best practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon DSP or AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud)
  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central in addition to Seller Central
  • Experience in the Australian or US Amazon marketplace specifically
