Forfos was born out of frustration. Our founder, Jessi Forte, spent years inside fast-growing e-commerce brands watching the same pattern repeat: a great product, a growing customer base — and an operations layer that simply couldn't keep up.
Orders slipping. Customer complaints piling up. Reviews dropping. The founders weren't doing anything wrong — they just didn't have the operational infrastructure to match their ambition.
So in 2020, Jessi built it for them. Forfos started as a one-person operation out of Sydney, offering hands-on operational support to a handful of Amazon sellers in Australia. Within two years, we had 50 clients across three countries. Today, we manage 200+ brands across five global markets — from Amazon US to Shopify UK to Singapore marketplaces.

Word spread fast. Within 18 months, Forfos had 25 clients across Australia and New Zealand and hired its first dedicated operations team in the Philippines.
Forfos expanded services to US and UK-based brands, building localised playbooks for Amazon US, UK, and Shopify DTC channels. The team doubled to 20 people.
Crossed 100 active client accounts. Launched the Growth Strategy service line and the Content & SEO team. Named one of Australia's top e-commerce agencies.
Opened the Singapore market and began serving brands scaling into Southeast Asia. Grew the global team to 30+ specialists across 4 countries.
Today Forfos manages over 200 brands, has driven $180M+ in total client GMV, and continues growing — with the same obsession over client outcomes it started with.
